Every homeowner who contacts Measureluxury Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep written notes of what was said.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Measureluxury Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@measureluxury.garden and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What went wrong and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. After that we will look into the matter. That may involve reaching out to the provider. We will then send you our findings and describe any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
